Wontech ODEX Hammer is specially designed for shallow drilling works like drilling holes on mud, pebbles, and marbles, etc. ODEX hammer can be with DHD shank, COP shank, SD shank, and QL shank, and advance perfectly with casing tubes. The threads are with standard API reg pin. But be careful that Wontech ODEX hammer is uniquely designed. Its spare parts can not work with other brands' hammer parts.

A. Payment: T/T. 30% payment in advance+balance before delivery. 

B. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, and DDU are acceptable.

C. Delivery: 25~45 working days

E. Packing: single pcs in carton box, and all in plywood case

Question 1: What are your payment terms?

For new customers, we ask 30% payment by T/T in advance, and the rest shall be paid before delivery.  Considering different markets, we also provide a flexible payment term for our faithful customers, like by L/C at sight, 30 days after delivery by T/T, 60 days after delivery T/T, and even 90 days after delivery by T/T.  

Question 2: Is it possible to provide free samples for new customers to be tested? 

Normally no free samples are provided for testing, but only a discount. 

Question 3: How should we be your official distributor?

Firstly, please test our product and if you are happy about our quality and our services, then we move on to the cooperation stage. To be our official distributor, the partners should own a certain market share in the local market and has a potential capability and ambition to expand its market in discussed years, normally 3~5 years. Quality products, prices, services, delivery, shipment, and payment terms are all supported. 

Question 4. How do you do when your clients receive defective products? 

Defective products are totally Wontech's problem. Wontech's a quick measurement to handle that. A new replacement will be provided directly from our overseas warehouse or China factory.
