The temperature of the grate strip is generally 800℃ -1000℃, while the cooling temperature in the air is rapidly reduced to 100℃ -300℃ after unloading, working in the medium containing CO, CO2, SO2 and water vapor, and also subject to the impact and friction of the sinter in the process of use. The main component of sintering grate strip is commonly used in high-temperature nickel alloy.
